It's incredibly hard to find a place to publish comics sometimes, and I think a lot of people would be interested in publishing them on a site such as this. I don't know if anyone else feels like this - I couldn't find many comic blogs - but it would just generally be a useful thing to have. And, the Admin can choose if to let others post in the categorie or if they have to go on a sub topic.
